This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to our website, our online platform, and the dispatch services we provide.
2. Information we collect
You give us:
- Company information: legal name, DBA, MC number, USDOT number, business address, phone, email
- Contact information for owners, dispatchers, and staff
- Driver information: name, CDL number, license image, phone
- Equipment information: unit numbers, plates, VINs, year, type, registration and inspection documents
- Insurance certificates and carrier packet documents
- Bank account information you enter when you authorize ACH payments (see Section 4)
We generate or receive:
- Load records: origin, destination, dates, rates, broker, reference numbers
- Invoices, payment records, and payment status
- Documents you upload: BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations
- Support messages and notes on your account
Collected automatically:

- Activity logs within the platform, used for security and audit purposes
3. Why we use it
- To provide dispatch services: book loads, submit carrier packets, coordinate pickups and deliveries
- To invoice you and process payments
- To verify your operating authority and insurance status
- To secure the platform, detect fraud, and keep an audit trail
- To communicate with you about loads, invoices, and service updates
- To comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.
When you authorize ACH payments, you connect your bank account through a page hosted by Stripe. Your online banking username and password go directly to your bank. We never see them, receive them, or store them.
What we store is a token from Stripe that lets us request a debit, plus the status of each charge. We do not store your full account number.
Stripe processes your information under its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only as needed:
- Brokers and shippers, to book loads and set you up as an approved carrier. This includes your MC and DOT numbers, insurance certificates, and W-9 or equivalent.
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Our service providers, who host our platform, store our files, send our email, and provide software we use to operate. They may only use the information to provide those services to us.
- Grupo y Asociados Gibbor S. de R.L. (Honduras), an affiliated company that provides staffing and back-office services to us under contract. Its personnel may access your account information to perform dispatch work for you.
- Government authorities, when required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process.
- A successor, if our business is sold or merged.
6. International transfers
We operate from Honduras and the United States. Your information will be stored and processed in both countries. Honduras may not offer the same legal protections for personal data as your home jurisdiction. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you are a customer, and afterward as needed to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. In general:
- Load and invoice records: at least seven (7) years, for tax and audit purposes
- Documents and carrier packets: for the duration of the relationship plus three (3) years
- Payment authorizations: for at least two (2) years after the last transaction, as required by NACHA rules
8. Your choices
You may:
- Ask us what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong
- Ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep
- Revoke your ACH authorization at any time (see our ACH Authorization Terms)
- Ask for a copy of your data in a portable format
To make a request, email info@grupo-gibbor.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days. We may need to verify your identity first.
Residents of certain states, including California, may have additional rights under state law. Contact us at the same address and we will honor them.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls based on role, rate limiting, session timeouts, and audit logging. Access to your data is limited to personnel who need it to do their jobs.
No system is perfectly secure. If we discover a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top will change. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or through the platform.
