Lariat Dispatch Service, a brand of Gibbor Group LLC
Last updated: July 21, 2026
These terms apply when you authorize Gibbor Group LLC to debit your bank account by ACH. You accept them when you complete the authorization on the secure page hosted by Stripe.
You authorize Gibbor Group LLC (doing business as Lariat Dispatch Service) and its payment processor, Stripe, Inc., to initiate electronic debit entries to the bank account you designate, and to credit that account if an adjustment or refund is needed.
We will debit only amounts shown on an invoice we have issued to you.
You receive the invoice before we debit. We do not debit an amount you have not been shown.
Because the amount varies with each invoice, the invoice itself is your advance notice. If we ever need to debit an amount that is not supported by an invoice you have received, we will notify you at least ten (10) days in advance and get your agreement first.
ACH debits typically take 3 to 5 business days to settle. The funds leave your account within that window. Your invoice is marked paid once the payment clears.
If you connect your account by logging in to your online banking, those credentials go directly to your bank through Stripe's secure connection. Gibbor Group LLC never sees, receives, or stores your banking username or password. We hold only a payment token issued by Stripe.
If a debit is returned for insufficient funds, a closed account, or any other reason:
You may cancel this authorization at any time.
Email info@grupo-gibbor.com with the subject line "Revoke ACH Authorization" and your company name. We will remove the authorization and confirm by email.
Please allow at least three (3) business days before the next scheduled debit so we have time to stop it. Revoking does not cancel invoices already owed; it only changes how you pay them.
You may also contact your bank to place a stop payment. If you do, please tell us as well so we can update your account.
If we debit an amount you believe is incorrect, contact us first at info@grupo-gibbor.com. See our Refund and Dispute Policy.
Under NACHA rules, you generally have 60 calendar days from the statement date to dispute an unauthorized ACH debit to a consumer account through your bank. Business accounts have a much shorter window, often only 2 business days. Because your account is a business account, please review your statements promptly and contact us immediately if something looks wrong.
We retain a record of this authorization, including the date, the account it applies to, and the terms you accepted, as required by NACHA operating rules.
